paradise exceeded our expectations during this fantastic walking tour in amman. the spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and excellent breakfast made our stay truly enjoyable. the hotel staff, especially abdul rahman, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. a true luxury experience at a great value.

the staff at all levels were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Special thanks to the Alconcierge, Mr Mohammad, for his warm welcome and helpful recommendations. I also appreciate Mr Abdulrahman at the reception for his kindness and efficient management. the hotel is located in one of the nicest neighborhoods in the city and offers all the amenities needed for a great vacation. the rooms were spacious and clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. the breakfast spread was excellent with a variety of options. the staff, including Samah, was professional and made me feel truly welcomed. The overall atmosphere and service of the staff can be attributed to the efforts and effective management of the director of food and beverage as well as the general manager. Cons: Nothing to complain about at all.
